Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment in central kitchen.
o Prepare ingredients to use in baking.
o Inspect food while cooking to stir or turn.
o Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
o Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
o Check quality of ingredients.
o Manage stock and place orders when there are shortages.
Requirements:
o Proficient in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
o Capable to follow all sanitation procedures.
o Ability to work in a team.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Good physical condition and stamina.
o Possess at least Diploma from a Culinary School will be an advantage.
o Ability to work from Monday to Saturday (6 working days)
