Job Responsibility JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide effective counselling service to students who are looking for the right colleges/universities in Malaysia or abroad. This is provided via the use of digital tools and various online channels. Meet student enrolment targets and KPIs assigned. Attend counselling events in multiple states during recruitment periods or schools to build awareness (if required). Maintain close links with stakeholders in the industry such as education institutions, other agent partners, school principals and counsellors. Maintain good product knowledge, industry knowledge and market trends. Support company in other related activities. Qualification and Skills Requirement
At least 1 year or more in sales related experience or customer facing roles. Strong interpersonal skills suitable in building relationships. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any studies. Remuneration & Job Requirements
Job Benifits Benefits
Base salary from RM2,500 to RM4,000 depending on experience level. Commission based on number of student enrolment which can go up to RM20,000 or more. RM100 allowance claim for parking RM500 outpatient claims (upon confirmation) RM40K in insurance coverage for hospitalization (upon confirmation)
