Job ResponsibilityThe Job :
1. Attending to customers' enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
2. Prepare sales quotations and follow-up
3. Handle order by telephone, email or walk-in customers and check that correct prices, discounts and product reference are included
4. Major job role : sales admin support
Requirements :
1. Possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Preferably with at least one [1] year of indoor sales admin experience though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
4. Able to work independently, hardworking, strong interpersonal skills and able to work with cross-functional team
