Job Responsibility1. Responsible for developing new products
2. Continuous improvement of existing products' performance
3. Executing necessary physical and chemical tests and analyses for the products
4. Liaise with the sourcing suitable raw materials from various suppliers for new product development
5. Setting product specifications and production procedure
6. Preparation of TDS and MSDS for the products
7. Supervision of pilot and initial production batches
8. Responsible for investigation when abnormal occur in the process or product
9. Provide technical advice and support in product/ process improvement
10. Assist sales and marketing samples preparation
11. Close collaboration with sales, purchasing, operations and marketing
