Job Responsibility

• Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes
• Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating or etc.
• Handle, store, label and rotate all food products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations
• Keeping work station area clean and tidy at all times. Assist on kitchen closing accordance to kitchen stations checklist
• Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to Kitchen Head/Operation Manager
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations

Job Requirements

• Experience in F&B line will be an added advantage
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper sanitation of the establishments are being met
• Self-motivated & hardworking team player
• Great communication skills
• Pleasant, positive and approachable personality
