Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for the implementation, development and smooth operation of the Asian food Kitchen Operation.
Organize food production in cost-effectivities and hygienic manner.
Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality ingredients and ensure
Assist in formulating, coordinating and supervising all menu planning and implementation in the Asian food Kitchen.
Ensure food standards and presentations are maintained and continuously improved
Co-operate with and drive forward the implementations of minimum operating standards in all Food and Beverage kitchens through close follow-up with outlet Managers.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years related working experience required
Halal Asian foods
Part Timer are welcomed to apply
Possesses knowledge of sanitation standards.
Demonstrates teamwork and customer service focus.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of food inventory
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
