Job Responsibility

• Dealing with initial sales enquiries and/or visits to the VIP Network of prospective members.
• Achieve high conversion rates from visits and enquiries to appointments and sales, against monthly membership targets.
• Convert enquiries into appointments using a suitable sales process, depending upon the customer circumstances and VIP Network promotions at the time.
• Conducting sales tours in the most appropriate and effective manner, selling the benefits of VIP Network membership.
• Responsible for the continued growth of the corporate membership program aimed at local businesses and customer groups.
• Accomplish agreed monthly KPIs of number of prospects, and appointments booked.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Job Requirements

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
