Our Client Company has become one of the major stationery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in the country.
Position: Key Account Executive (Klang Valley)
Responsibilities:
o Assist for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
o Assist focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
o Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division.
o Responsible for interacting and negotiating regularly with existing key account clients to build and maintain relations.
o Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
o Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
o Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solution that meet their objectives.
o Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
o Prepare and deliver optimum presentations to propose new products to clients.
o Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
o To work closely with sales, marketing, merchandisers and promoters on executions of in store activities, promotions and maintaining brand presence.
o Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
o Ensures the execution of promotions and other trade agreements with the sales force.
Qualifications:
o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in business, marketing or related field.
o Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Cantonese
o At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Results oriented, self-driven and a good team player.
o Able to multi task.
o Proficient in Microsoft office
o Own transport provided
Remuneration package:
o Basic RM 3,000.00 - RM 4,500.00 (Subject to Experience)
o Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.30pm
o 12 days Annual Leave
o EPF, Socso & EIS
o Car Allowances RM 400.00/month
o Toll, Parking and Petrol by claims
o Handphone provided
