Job Responsibilityo Build and strengthen positive relationships with each customer. Quickly and effectively solve the customer's challenges as well as constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service professionally.
o Devise sales and marketing strategies specific to each customer to consistently achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
o Prepare regular sales reports on current progress and forecasts accuracy as well as monitor & evaluate promotional activities, campaigns and trade marketing solutions.
o Responsible to drive and implement retail store activation with customers to improve distribution network, build market share and product expansion.
o Carry out business review and terms negotiations with the customers.
