Job Description
Job Responsibility RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO): ? Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. ? Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures. ? Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. ? Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality. ? Plan and schedule repairs. ? Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. ? Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry. ? Help develop and implement the budget.
REQUIREMENTS (NOT LIMITED TO): o Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. (MALE ONLY) o At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. o Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, but should be in-depth knowledge of electrical. o Skills: Strong technical and analytical thinking with problem solving skills. Machine troubleshooting & corrective maintenance. o Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. o Related technical or professional qualifications will be an added advantage. o Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks. o Effective problem-solving abilities.
