Job ResponsibilityMain Duties :
- The core mission of the Sales Support is assist in all matters in relation to Tenant Management
- To prepare and set viewing appointment with potential tenants.
- To prepare & update relevant documents upon signing of agreement.
- Upon successful signing of tenancy Sales Support is also responsible in handover of properties to / from tenants
- In the event of makeover is needed, to coordinate with renovator and assist in purchase of furnishing.
- To make sure rental and utilities payment is on time.
- To verify monthly rental statement based on System.
- To assist Business Development Executive in any other matters.

Qualifications:
o Experienced or passion in hospitality / short-term rent industry is a plus (training provided)
o Familiar with KL and travel information
o Friendly & passionate with tourism
o Excellent communication skills
o Able to work on weekends and flexible schedule
