Job Responsibility

• Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries.
• Leading and involving in the Research and Development for new products and new recipe
• Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time
• Measuring or weighing flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings or whipped cream, using scales or graduated containers
• Cleaning all baking equipment 
• Ensuring product quality for baked goods
