Job ResponsibilityWe are looking for an experienced admin assistant urgently :
Responsibilities:
o Main Duty : All back office related job, mainly sales admin - provide quotations, invoicing in system and stock control.
o Issue and send the Purchase Orders to Supplier
o Following up spare parts quotations with customers by phone or via emails
o Order management and liasing with account department
o Documents control
o Supporting other Sales staff and manager in miscellaneous work
o Basic knowledge in shipping
o Incharged of Human Resource matters
o Pro-active in solving office replated issues and also strong sense of responsibilty
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
o At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
o Required Language(s) : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
o Possess own transport
o Prefer those stay near by Puchong area
