Job Scopes
- Assist in the execution of plans to ensure achievement of sale targets
- Fully understand and memorize product knowledge
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Be presentable and attend customers with excellent communication and attitude
- Assist in closing sales walk-in and sales by online enquiries
- Host livestream session on Itgeeks.my platforms , interact with customers throughout live broadcast and close sales during live
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships online and offline
- Maintain customers' data and ensure orders proceeded accordingly
- Provide excellent customer support

Requirements
- Proven sales executive / salesperson experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Have excellent customer service skills
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a sales executive/salesperson or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging in front of the camera
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Diploma in Business or relevant fields
- Relevant certifications will be an advantage
