Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
1) Assist Project Manager in preparing, administering, and maintaining project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
2) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project development team to provide assistance and technical support.
3) Responsible to liaise with clients and project teams to coordinate project management activities, equipment and information.
4) Coordinate on meeting schedule, venue setup and refreshment order.
5) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
