Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION (working place will be at SENAWANG ,NEGERI SEMBILAN,)WORK ON PROGRESS
We are looking for a qualified JUNIOR Physiotherapist to join our team and take on the
role of facilitating the treatment and therapy of patients who suffer from physical
challenges. Physiotherapists work with a variety of patients, helping them with
recovery and therapy.
o Consult and making assessments of patients' physical with a variety of conditions
o Diagnosing, assessing, and treating problems
o Formulating/ develop treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
o Undertake evaluation of treatment outcomes
o Conducting complex mobilization techniques and providing physiotherapy and
sports massage therapy.
o Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again.
o Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent
injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
o Patients' appointment arrangement
o Provide physiotherapy to patient, consult patient, Recording patient data and managing patient progress
o Provide safe and effective treatment for patients
o To give necessary training to other therapists.
o To manage teaming flow with Iswanah Health Care
o to manage the operation modus ( work station cleanliness, procurement, in-house marketing, sales, expenses, superior's collaboration etc) of clinic

o Tolerance, patience, pleasant and deal patients with convincing facts.
o Good time management.
o The ability to build a rapport with patients from a variety of backgrounds and
Communicate with their relatives and cares.
o Helping patients recover from accident, illness or injury such as stroke, Parkinson and etc.
o Organising therapeutic physical exercise sessions.
o Providing sport massages,collecting statictics,writing reports.
o Liasing with professionals such as doctors, nurses and TCM.
o Providing education and advice about exercise and movements
o Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the profession.
o Good knowledge of using tcm approaches to cure illness in all their forms
o Expert in acupuncture and internal medicine
o Strong responsibility and fully co-operation on tasks
