Job ResponsibilityRequirements:
o Diploma or Degree in related fields.
o Some working experience or more in HR/Payroll preferred.
o Analytical & have the right aptitude for the job.
o Conversant in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office & Excel
o Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player
o Able to start immediately will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
o Check staff attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.
o Assist in administrative task such as issuance of all HR related letters.
o Maintain proper filling system and upkeep of employee records.
o Handle general administrative/clerical works such as answering calls, preparing incoming & outgoing correspondence, etc.
o Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.
