Job ResponsibilityJob Description :
1) Overall responsible for the local material procurement of each general contracting project, transmission project and pre-sales module of the subsidiary;
2) On-site inspection of suppliers, review of supplier qualifications, market size, production technology, and output of corresponding inspection reports;
3) Market research of local materials, inquiry and negotiation and business negotiation;
4) Issuance of tenders, signing of contracts, and monitoring of supplier performance;
5) Daily delivery of supplier orders and arrival tracking, material supplier settlement.
6) Combined with key procurement data such as cost and distribution efficiency, continuous optimization suggestions
Requirement
1) Those with experience in the telecommunication industry are preferred, and understanding the market conditions and specific materials, equipment and auxiliary materials involved in telecommunication engineering is required;
2) Those with a background in internal procurement of telecom operators (customers) are preferred, and those with a working background in telecommunication material suppliers or traders are preferred.
