Job Responsibility* This role requires a mindset of a brand publisher; to create content our audience resonates with to optimize conversion.
* Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with Efferty's brand look and feels.
* Ensure that the content is compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
* Actively lead and manage content production for video, social media, Livestream, and articles.
* Develop and manage content calendar, planning, and workflows.
* Create visual, audio, and video content for various social media platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, Youtube).
* Publish timely social media content to educate audiences about Livestream events, promo campaigns, and product knowledge.
* Be responsive and communicate with Livestream hosts for immediate response with viewers.
* Reporting on activities, including insights that help shape and drive content moving forward.
* Knowledge in using Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms & editing apps.
* Going live on social media platforms to promote the business.
* Stay updated on brand product knowledge.
* Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
* Work independently to deliver quality results with minimal supervision
