Job ResponsibilityWhat will you do?
1. We will need you to assist our Business Development (BD) Lead to prepare sales plan and secure orders for our products, solutions, and services while achieving the sales target as assigned.
2. At the same time, being a proactive Junior Business Development, you will need to identify and establish new customers and to some extent, new business opportunities to ensure sustainable pipelines of businesses.
3. While securing new businesses, you will need to prepare and conduct presentations to potential clients. Don't worry, we will always provide support for your presentations. Please know that you will not be alone here.
4. To ensure proper sales and marketing strategy, you will be working closely with Strategic and Analytic department. For this, you will need to analyze sales and industry data as well as current market trends so that you may contribute your thoughts as to how we can march forward, together.
5. Constant, accurate communication is important. Always maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients. Following up with existing leads or previous relationships will be part of your daily routine.
6. Social media is part and parcel of our work. The good news is that it is part of your responsibility to assist our BD Lead to maintain, manage, update and track reports for our social media accounts.
7. Lastly, you will need to continue learning as part of your professional growth plan. Hence, you will take part in project tender exercises, whilst managing project management activities. Of course, you will also take part in management discussions and sales goals, plans and forecasting.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is preferred, but we also welcome those from other science related bachelor's degrees.
2. Some experience in Renewable Energy or Electrical & Electronics is preferred, but if you are confident that you have what it takes to excel in either of these fields, please speak with us.

5. To ensure proper travelling, we will need you to possess your own transport with the appropriate licenses and the willingness to travel - but do not worry much as we do provide transportation if you need to go for an outstation trip - fully covered.
