Job Description
Job Responsibility
To maintain commitment in serving quality food, beverages and products as well as providing excellent customer experience to all customers ensure that operations are in line with the company vision and values, & follow the strategic direction that is set out by the Management Team.
Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager and staff from the Support Centre Identify & implement continuous store improvements (put according to position)
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM level in any field, diploma or a degree in hospitality preferred
Ideally at least 1year relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or any related fields.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent written & spoken English.
Able to converse & understand written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Eager and willing to learn about kitchen operations and food-handling skills.
Able to work on shift rotation, weekend and public holiday.
Possess own transport
