Job Responsibility

• Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as coffee, pastry etc.
• Deliver friendly customer service to the customers
• In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet using POS systems.
• Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
• Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
• Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by outlet leader

Job Requirements

• Require min SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Part Timer are welcomed to apply
• Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, preferably with experience as a barista or service crew
• Willing to work on early shift, weekends & public holidays
• Able to cope with fast-pace situations
• Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
