You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term client relationship to build trust and expand the target customer base. Constantly engage and understand the clients' requirements and needs, recommend the suitable products and services to ensure clients receive exceptional service and maintain a healthy sales pipelines. Work closely with the internal stakeholders to assess the clients' feedback and business requirements, perform market insight to develop strategy business plan and solutions.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Engage clients proactively to understand their needs and ensuring timely delivery of services to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Be the key point of contact on clients' enquiries and provide the direct product or service recommendations to achieve service excellence and contribute to the business goals.
  • Building trust and developing healthy long-term client relationship.
  • Generate new sales and identify new sales opportunity through existing or new accounts to maintain healthy sales pipelines.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, managing the customers' expectation in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure proper client management, maintaining high customer satisfaction rating and create business partnership opportunity.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 


Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, familiar with Accounting standards will be advantageous
  • A highly motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to develop a deep understanding of the products and services provided to clients
  • Ability to understand customer needs and business requirements
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
