Job Responsibility JOB DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT : International Procurement Center & Administration
POSITION : JAPANESE LANGUAGE LIAISON EXECUTIVE REPORTING TO : DIRECTOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES o Handle overall procurement, supply chain and delivery activities with the vendors and customers from Japan and Japanese speaking customers.
o Translate customers' documents like quotation, proposal and drawings from Japanese to Bahasa English and vice versa.
o Liaise with Japanese customers effectively to ensure the supply chain activities and services meet the customer requirements.
o Perform as a Translator of both languages Japanese and Bahasa English for the local team members and all the relevant administration documents.
o Provide practical and verbal Bahasa English language support and training to the Japanese expatriates as and when required.
o Serve as point of contact with Job Requirements
