Job ResponsibilityCertificate in Computer Science.
Minimum of 1 years work experience in IT related.
The key responsibilities of this position are outlined below but not limited to:
1. To attend any IT related maintenance request work.
2. Provide support in Computer hardware and software installation.
3. Maintaining or repairing equipment.
4. Configure computer network.
5. Configure telephone system.
6. Setting up computer security measure.
7. Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues and telephone issues
8. Provide support in telephone system and hardware installation include termination
9. Provide support in CCTV system
10. To provide tasks status for section in weekly briefing.
11. Performed software, hardware and license inventory.
12. Monitoring daily backup status for all servers.
13. Performed weekly, monthly and yearly backup for all servers.
14. Provide supports for all CTRM subsidiaries.
15. Promote and participate in continuous improvement program if necessary
16. Promote positive attitude.
17. Provide weekly report to Immediate Superior.
18. To perform and abide the task given by Superior to achieve section mission and objective.
19. To perform all other tasks as assigned.
