Job Responsibility

• Manage and complete fiber installation with comply to Maxis SOP.
• Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.
• Solving customer problems and complaints.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell Maxis' products and solutions.
• Meet performance target for NPS and sales value.
• Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fiber (Wi-Fi solutioning, Smart Home).
• Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fiber, smart devices, and computing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in fibre and computing, networking.
• Minimum diploma, preferred degree in technical fields (E&E, Computing, Telecom, Networking).
• Preferred certification on CCNA, Tp-link, AirTies, Microsoft, Huawei, Amazon, Google.
