Job ResponsibilityKey Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of the Company's IT infrastructure and
network.
2. Perform daily IT operational support, system administration and backup of IT systems.
3. Provide technical support by identifying, resolving and escalating the problem to ensure service
commitment is met and problems are solved.
4. Responds to customer technical issues via email, social media and phone.
5. Advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical questions.
6. Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to system problems and service
commitments.
7. Keep track and monitor Company's IT hardware and/or assets.
8. Any other ad hoc tasks that assigned.
Qualification:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or
equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
Mandarin is preferable as this role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
3. Knowledge & experience in computer hardware & software troubleshooting.
4. Good interpersonal with strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
5. Willing to work during public holiday and weekend.
6. Capability in multi-tasking jobs.
