Job ResponsibilityTechnical Support Engineer @ Penang
Responsibilities:
-Onsite repair for technical hardware issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
-Provides technical support on covered hardware products to return them to operating condition.
-Provides technical support at site or through phone support.
-Identify and attend to system and user problems arising from customers
-Maintain good customer relationship with professional service in a safe manner
-Focus on SLA and resolution process
-Timely status updates to close open Work Order
Qualifications:
-Must be willing to travel for overseas/outstation assignment on a short notice
-Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
-Independence, initiative & able to work as a team
-Positive work attitude
-Min 1-3 year's technical experience or field service in repair of PCs, Laptops or Printers
-Salary negotiable based on working experience
