Job ResponsibilityJob Main Responsibilities:
- Installing / testing / configuring / troubleshooting Windows based operation system, software application, PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
- Administrative client's antivirus system.
- Monitor freeware software and find alternative freeware.
- Administrative daily backup tapes / systems.
- Administrative network components.
- Administrative active directory user account.
- Administrative surveillance camera system.
- Any related documentation.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job RequirementsJob Requirements:
- At least Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's degree in computer science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT related field.
- Your abilities to converse in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken to support users from Asia regions.
- Willingness to learn, flexibility with work schedules.
- Skills in computer hardware and software.
- Analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and solving skills.
- Sense of responsibility to make sure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the system is taken care of.
- Good sense of cost to keep operating cost low and find new solutions to reduce the cost.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
Job Benifits- RM300 transport allowance
- 0.5 month contractual bonus (pay into 12 months)
- 0.5 month attendance bonus (depends on MC taken)
