Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of the company's information system.
Provide remote and on-site IT infrastructure, hardware and application support for offices and centres.
Provide prompt end-user support.
Provide 2nd-level IT support when technical issues are escalated.
Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure and server-related issues.
Responsible for managing backups and restores.
Analyze current equipment and give recommendations on hardware replacement and software upgrades when necessary.
Maintained IT hardware and software inventory list.
Document procedures and vendor management.
Plan and evaluate IT-related requests from other departments.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably executives with experience in ERP systems, server environments, networking environments, and storage environments.
Knowledge of networking support, Microsoft Windows Server OS support and administration are added advantages.
Possess sound knowledge of first-level troubleshooting skills, ability to support end-user remotely, good communication skills and must be able to work independently
Able to work and be on stand-by after working hours, on weekends and public holidays.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Self-driven and highly independent.
