Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of the company's information system.
  • Provide remote and on-site IT infrastructure, hardware and application support for offices and centres.
  • Provide prompt end-user support.
  • Provide 2nd-level IT support when technical issues are escalated.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure and server-related issues.
  • Responsible for managing backups and restores.
  • Analyze current equipment and give recommendations on hardware replacement and software upgrades when necessary.
  • Maintained IT hardware and software inventory list.
  • Document procedures and vendor management.
  • Plan and evaluate IT-related requests from other departments.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.


Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably executives with experience in ERP systems, server environments, networking environments, and storage environments.
  • Knowledge of networking support, Microsoft Windows Server OS support and administration are added advantages.
  • Possess sound knowledge of first-level troubleshooting skills, ability to support end-user remotely, good communication skills and must be able to work independently
  • Able to work and be on stand-by after working hours, on weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Self-driven and highly independent.
