Job ResponsibilityBe a BMW product expert to assist our customers to find the perfect vehicle suiting their lifestyle and needs.
Training will be provided. Fresh graduates and candidates with a minimum diploma of any field/discipline are welcome to apply.
We need you to:
1. be a technical expert on all questions about our BMW products before and after vehicle delivery to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. boost sales indirectly by providing customer with the right amount of information regarding on the products and/or test drive to generate excitement among customers.
3. constantly update knowledge or information on all BMW products.
4. provide a welcoming feel to all customers with a 5-star attitude.
We require you to:
- good presentation and communication skills
- have a valid driving license
- good I.T knowledge
