Job ResponsibilityRESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide quality customer services support via telephone, email and self - services to users and vendors to resolve ICT related requests and issues.
-Work arrangement will be onsite and offsite.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
-0-5 years working experience in ICT Technical Support, specifically in Service Desk / Contact Centre.
-Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu in spoken & written

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
