Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions:
o Reporting to Head of IT and assisting the head of IT in day-to-day IT-related support tasks.
o To assist in updating, verifying, and maintaining the IT-related documentation.
o To provide support and maintenance on IT infrastructure and application support i.e. application maintenance and administration to a user.
o Work closely with the user in enhancing current processes and identifying program solutions.
o Organise and conduct user training.
o To handle, and follow up on requests/inquiries/incidents via phone/emails/meetings with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. customer, customer's vendors, IT & Operation team), with regards to any system issues.
o To coordinate/manage, and/or implement current & new system projects, system enhancement, and/or system migration/maintenance job.
o Support IT system for HQ & all branches office included after office-hour & standby (weekends & Public holidays).
o To assume any other jobs by the top management.
