Job Responsibility- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, post systems and system backups.
- Experience of working with 3rd party vendor/service providers. Source and manage all system infrastructure resources, including vendors or third party contractors to meet the service level agreement.
- Plan, develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations.
- Perform all supervisory responsibilities associated with the IT department to design, develop, implement, operate, administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems and execute in a timely manner.
- Aware of the latest developments in MIS technology and remain highly technically competent at all levels of data processing through implementation of new software technology.
- Ensure security of data, network access, backup systems and software license.
- Support, maintain & purchase IT Infra Equipment (Servers, Computers, Network switches, Printers, System CCTV, etc.)
- Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures within allowed budgets.
