Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Support and maintain company's hardware such as Server, Desktops, printers, scanners, laptops.
o Setting up and configuring new laptops, desktops and phones.
o Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.
o Completing internal user moves including phones.
o Setup and support internal network and IP phones.
o Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software.
o Exchange server mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes.
o Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements.
o Proof of concept testing.
o Support all internal IT requirement of the company.
o Generate reports.
o Others task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
o Possess at least Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
o Good knowledge in software and hardware environment is advantageous.
o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Able to maintain confidentiality and to work effectively in a team environment.
o Ability to work under pressure and execute functions accurately with excellent attention for details.
o Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
o Must be a motivator with a strong sense of responsibility, cultural sensitivity and resourceful in problem solving.
o Independent, committed, results oriented.
