Job Responsibility1. Do regular checking for any tender updates from tender portal
2. Analyse contract requirements: spending trend by each client - budget VS actual spend.
3. Prepare contract agreements including draft tenders and awards; be part of every tender exercise and liaise with related departments involved.
4. Ensure all contracting activities are carried out in accordance with legislation and company policy.
5. Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
6. Monitor contract close-out, extension, and renewal.
7. Prepare an overall contract performance report.
8. Perform system and data back-up.
9. Perform system and data restoration.
10. Perform preventive maintenance.
11. Daily system administration tasks such as user/group/role/Active
12. Perform system and data back-up.
13. Configure backup software and backup devices when necessary.
14. Make changes to backup policies, schedules, backup selection, retention period and vault options.
15. Any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Management.
