Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for full cycle implementation, consulting, configuration, training, installation and support for Microsoft Dynamics AX
Analyse, document and propose functional process improvements and standardization for Finance and Operation business units. The person must have performs work with consistency, accuracy, responsiveness.
Review user requirements and business processes to develop functional and system design specification
Encodes user and business requirements by converting functional and work flow information into computer language
Confirms program operation by conducting UAT with user and follow up with user sign off
Schedule and arrange for deployment to production
Prepare reference to user by developing user manual or guide
Ensure system issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in timely manner
Propose and plan for system upgrade to ensure system is reliable and efficient
Helping in terms of meeting departmental SLA, quality of services and user satisfaction project/CAPA
Understand the business environment and adapt the business to the software
Provide effective and stable IT applications for convenient business operation
Find the best and efficient way to utilize ERP, Reporting and Data Warehouse with SQL Server Multidimensional / Tabular model and Power BI
Job Requirements
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
Required Skill(s): ERP software/system preferably MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3, X++ language programming and Power BI working/hands-on experience, MS SQL database knowledge is an added advantage, Technically sound in troubleshooting issues for MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3
At least 1 year experience in Cloud computing
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
