Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Required to learn the business applications and understand the processes in depth
o Providing technical support to end users
o Assisting with systems integrations
o Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
o Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
o Identifying and resolving technical issues
o Managing coordination remotely or on site where required
o Delivering regular and customized training
o Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
o Developing reports for teams across the business
Requirements:
? Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
? Exposure in ERP system and Accounting will be an added advantage.
? Strong analytical skill.
? Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
? Conversant in written and verbal English.
? Listening ability and patience
? Applicants must be willing to work in Klang/West Port and can travel to outstation if required.
