Job Responsibility

• Oversee network and server
• Oversee SKIM coding and make changes if needed;
• Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis according to ISO requirement;
• Ensuring maintenance are carried out according to ISO requirement;
• Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates etc;
• Carrying out computer 'housekeeping' tasks;
• Providing IT support to computer user within the office;
• First port of call and initial troubleshooting of IT problems and resolving if possible;
• Logging all IT problems and resolutions;
• Inducting new staff on IT system (Email, SKIM, E-Biodata, Jobskillz, Expatriate System etc);
• Keeping website updated (or liaising with whoever does this);
• Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance records;
• Keep track and manage ISO requirements;
• Input into one-off projects such as database/application development and enhancement
• Keep abreast of IT technology, maintain library of information
• To carry out other tasks required and duties as when requested by superior

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma or Professional Degree majoring in IT, Computer Software.
• Have at least 1 year relevant working experience.
• Specialist in Coding will be an added advantage.
• Mature, energetic, creative and self-motivated.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Proficient in communicating and report writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
