Job Responsibilityo Draft project's process flow and collect all requirements from various users.
o Liaison, escalating issue to vendors.
o Coordinating with user to perform testing on system.
o Provide support during weekend when necessary.
o Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD or the management.
