Job Description


Job Responsibility
Job Responsibilities:

1. To process and coordinate daily sales order and responsible in day-to-day input activities including S.O, D.O and sales invoices key in.

2. Attending to phone calls, faxes and emails (e.g. Customer/Salesman phone ordering, customer enquiry etc.). Liaise with sales team for missing or doubtful sales order.

3. To handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filling system, documentation and records.

4. Taking and handling customers order.

5. Handle E-Commerce platform's order & inquiries. To complete daily order fulfilment in terms of order arrangement, picking and packing. Able to meet tight deadline.

6. Assist in the coordination of delivery.

7. Assist any ad hoc task instructed by company/management.

Billing clerks create invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files. They issue invoices to customers and monthly customer statements, update customer files, process credit memos, enter and submit invoices, etc.


Job Requirements:
* Computer literate
* Billing and Invoicing knowledge is required and will be added advantage
* At least 1 year of working experience in FMCG & Food Manufacturing Industry is required.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
