Job Responsibility- Ensure PO is up to date
- Checked and confirm AP for specific supplier
- To perform stock count at outlet in weekly basis
- Prepare shortage report by weekly
- Liaising with branch leader for stock accuracy
- Perform site visit for audit stock count as scheduled
- Reconcile inventory for inter-co and ensure up to date
- other task assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Possess strong analytical & mathematical skills
- SPM result for Mathematics & Accounting must be at least A-
- Proficiency in accounting software (especially in ERP) and MS Office applications. Must be good in spreadsheet application especially MS Excel.
