Job Description
Job Responsibility
Produce and work from pick lists to fulfill, pack and ship customer orders.
Process orders to ensure customer instructions are fully implemented.
Responsible for making informed decisions regarding available shipping options.
Ensuring that all orders are fulfilled within a specific time frame.
Work closely with customer service, sales, external customers, and transport companies.
Make sure the warehouse is always kept clean and tidy with empty crates being laid flat and stored in the correct location of the warehouse.
Possible risks, problems, or product defects are immediately reported to the team leader / HOD. Proactively report to your manager/HOD when stationery and packaging materials are running low.
Carry out all activities in a way that promotes safety for you and your colleagues.
Actively participate in Continuous process improvement projects, finding ways to develop and maximize customer service levels.
Ensure that all trades and individual Key Performance Indicators are met.
Active contribution to achieving the service levels and goals of the departments.
Job Requirements
Diploma and above in logistics, supply chain or any related/relevant field.
Good written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English & Bahasa.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SQL & Google Dynamic System.
Proficient with Excel would be highly preferred!
Excellent mathematic, analytical, and database management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented person.
Being able to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be a bonus.
Working Schedule will be Monday to Friday and alternate on Saturday
