Job Description
Job Responsibility INVENTORY CONTROL 1. Responsible on inventory incoming and outgoing stock management. 2. Check and ensure stock accuracy. 3. Arrange and monitor delivery and receiving requirement. 4. Perform daily stock takes to ascertain the actual stock level. 5. Checking of product/item received in physical count against the purchase order and delivery order. 6. Prepare delivery order and other related documents for inventory daily operating activities. 7. Prepare report for inventory daily operating activities. 8. Attend daily briefing with immediate superior for daily tasks assignments. 9. Carry out duty compliance with safety and according to SOP or standardized work (products, packing & labelling). 10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by superior. SALES ASSISTANT 1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard 3. Maintain a fully stoked store 4. Ascertain customer's needs and wants (Online & Offline) 5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs (online & offline) 6. Welcome and greet customer (online & offline) 7. Manage point-of-sale process 8. Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments 9. Keep up to date with product information 10. Accurately describe product features and Job Requirements
