Job Responsibility - Keep track of products stored in warehouses for transport to stores, wholesalers and individual customers.
- Inspect the inventory and maintain paperwork and documents.
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
- Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
- Compiling balance, price and cost reports.
- Tracking incoming and outgoing products.
- Notify Inventory Manager with shortages and inconsistencies.
- Operate equipment according to training provided.
Jobs Requirement:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: SPM and above (or equivalent).
- Required languages: Malay, English, Chinese (optional).
- Able to work independently.
- One-year related working experience in inventory will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with experience in building material (hardware & paint) is preferred.
- Must have own transportation.
