Job ResponsibilityPerform stock count at warehouse according to schedule provided to ensure inventory system tally with physical stock quantity.
Perform inventory adjustment of stock variance, assembly & disassembly stock items.
Conduct inventory cycle counts; analyse inventory levels and product demand to determine reorder levels, which will ensure the optimal inventory levels.
Process purchase orders timely and follow-up on pending orders.
Prepare and submit inventory control report to as instructed by superior.
Monitoring delivery lead-time of reservation products order by customer & movement of product for sample/testing purpose.
Monitoring goods returns to vendors.
Handling & monitoring for import/export shipment to ensure prime cargo are cleared on time.
Respond to enquiries regarding products and inventories.
Updating QR code to perform live inventory
Updating quotation for purchasing daily basis
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
