Job Description
Job Responsibility
Coordinating and monitoring warehouse and retail shops for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
Organise transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
Arrange warehouse goods, plan routes and process shipments.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
Maintain and administer company inventory control and property management procedure.
Develop important reports, outline/schedule and conduct stock-taking as at when due.
Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company's logistics operations.
Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized to make sure established deadlines are met.
Takes steps to avoid quality control issues.
Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
Job Requirements
Must be able to speak in Mandarin/BM/English.
Those with relevant job experience are preferred.
Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
Computer literate and numerate.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office related software.
A logical and systematic approach to work.
Good time management ability.
Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.
Commercial awareness and numeracy skills.
Some degree of IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data.
The ability to manage change.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
