Job Responsibility1. Assisting staff recruitment in recruiting, interviewing and selecting of candidates for designated position vacancies using productive sources and methods. Conducts orientation session for new employees to foster positive attitude toward Association goal.
2. Maintains complete personnel files and required employment documentation for all employees in compliance with record keeping practices and Association policy such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, promotion, and resignation/termination.
3. Maintain attendance and leave system. Notify the records to all staff on monthly basis.
4. Planning and organizing staff activities that will improve relationship, teamwork and work culture.
5. Issuing and ensure reminder on admin/ HR policy or guideline are met timely and accurately to all staff or other parties.
6. Plan and implement a systematic process of deploying, operating, maintaining, upgrading and disposing of assets cost effectively. Keeping office area clean and tidy at all times.
7. Plan and implement a systematic office supply (stationeries, groceries, mineral water and sanitary)
8. Built strong relation with existing and new contact according to job scope. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, telephone calls or via e-mail.
