Job ResponsibilitySUMMARY OF ROLE
Industrial Trainee will be assisting in the administration of the day-to-day operations of human resources, employee relations, and services functions and duties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Transportation
o To perform the employee transportation audit, employee transportation arrangement for current employees and new hires, to prepare the invoices and maintain database in AUPI system
Employee Services Activities
o To assist in all activities related to employee services as and when required by Immediate Superior / Manager
o To assist in SRC activity
Cafeteria Management
o To carry out the inventory audit by the vendor for all cafeteria Items, assist in day-to-day operations as and when assigned by Immediate Superior / Manager
o Other tasks as and when required by Immediate Superior / Manager
RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
o Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
o Able to complete tasks given in a timely manner
o Able to communicate in English and Malay
o Have good analytical skills
o Well Verse in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
o Good communication skills, responsible, and self-discipline.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
