Job Description
Job Responsibility
INBOUND DEPARTMENT
o Unpack shipment and put to rack in 3 working days.
o Inspect shoes quality, change shoes box & labeling before put up on rack.
o Proper and clear shoes arrangement on rack.
o Submit stock count of new stock arrival to operation team in 2/3 working days.
o Monitor stock on rack, make sure stock on rack is always arrange in right sequence and correct rack labelling according to SOP.
o Making the correct label, for every stock in warehouse.
o No stock missing issue.
o Maintaining & replenish stock of add-ons item/free gift(Hand Sanitizer, Blister Patch, Wedding collection card).
o Maintaining & replenish stock of bubble wrap on ready upon use
o Cleanliness of warehouse (refer to Duty Roster Report).
o Ship out all paid orders before 1pm ** help inbound team when there is free time.
o Make sure the correct item is given to customer such as size, color, SKU, label and packaging
o All fulfilled order must record everyday in one drive postage file
o Reduce wastage in any form (material packaging, paper, utility)
OUTBOUND DEPARTMENT
o Follow proper packing guideline (brochure, free gift, ribbon).
o Prepare customer self pick-up order before update status to READY TO PICKUP.
o Ship out paid order in same day (Peak season will take 2-3 working day).
o Update Fulfilled order every time done packing shoes to avoid duplicate order.
o Follow SOP of serving walk-in customer.
o Inform respective PIC to replenish any packaging materials/tools.
o Maintaining & replenish stock of add-ons item/free gift(Hand Sanitizer, Blister Patch, Wedding collection card).
o Always make sure packing material is ready to use (Bubble wrap, shoes box).
o Cleanliness of warehouse office (refer to Duty Roster Report).
o Make sure the correct item is given to customer such as size, color, SKU, label and packaging.
o All fulfilled order must record every day in one drive postage file
o Reduce wastage in any form (material packaging, paper, utility)
